Hello, I have a strange problem with my Super Soco ts battery. On the winter season I kept battery inside storage room. After 2 months I tried to put it back on the motorcycle. The problem is that on the screen shows 0% percent at battery but it is already fully charged, and I can’t go faster than 17km/h.

After some tests and checking on the battery I saw that if I connect the battery to my motorcycle without the connector for temperature and percentage battery level ( the small 3 pins cable) the motorcycle runs perfectly normal but the battery level remain 0% on the screen because is not connected.

Some advices? Thank you

Hello auras13,

I also own a Super Soco TS and have faced similar issues, especially after storing the battery for a while. It's frustrating when the display shows 0% even though the battery is fully charged, and the bike's performance is affected.

From your description, it sounds like the problem might be related to the small 3-pin connector responsible for temperature and battery level readings. When this connector is not functioning correctly, the bike's system may not read the battery status properly, causing performance issues.

Here are a few steps you might consider:

1. Clean the Connectors: Ensure that the 3-pin connector and its corresponding port on the battery are clean and free of any dust or corrosion.
2. Check for Damage: Inspect the 3-pin cable and connector for any signs of damage or wear. A faulty cable might need to be replaced.
3. Reset the BMS: Sometimes, disconnecting the battery for a few minutes and reconnecting it can reset the Battery Management System (BMS) and resolve reading errors.

I hope this helps! Did you notice any improvements after trying these steps?

Best,
