Hi All,
I recently bought a new Super Soco TS Lite and i've been left a little disappointed with the top speed of 40km/h when it is derestricted and 15km/h when it is restricted. According to video's online i believed this was supposed to achieve speeds of 70km/h when not restricted. When driving around today, I realised that the bike was unable to get into sport mode and i'm thinking this is why I can reach faster speeds?
Despite me going through the derestriction process, the bike is still limited to 40km/h and all acceleration dies when i hit 40. There is definitely much more power that the bike won't let me use. Is there anyway that this can be fixed?
Thanks for any help you can share.
I think we don't really understand. How can you not enter sport mode? What happens if you set it on 3? Is it stuck on 2?
The ts lite is an old version, the normal ts is the successor. From what I've seen the ts lite has a lifepo4 battery and the motor 900w power with a peak of 1650w.
My tsx has a 1500w motor with 3000w peak.
It doesn't suprice me that you can't drive faster.
Hi Downwind_lee, thank you for your response. Yeah when I slide it over to gear 3 the LCD display still shows it is still in Normal mode and there is no difference in speed.
It is really obvious when driving the bike that it is electronically limited. When going 40km/h down a hill the amperes gauge will drop to 0 or 1. I also think the motor may be 1300W,but i'm not sure, maybe you can confirm by the pic attached?
I'd be disappointed if i couldn't get more than 40km/h out of it.
