@david90 Just remove the 4 screws underneath, both the panels will come off to be separated. I plan to sell my spare set of green panels.
Just make sure they are for 22mm - ⅞inch bars.
The two uppermost panels each have 3 screws inside the plastic. First you have to remove those inner panels.
