Extending the charger : how many core cables ?

Hi,

I see 7 sockets in the charging port. I want to extend the charging cable so I can keep the charger at home and charge the CPX outside. I am wondering if I need a 7 cores cable (I have one rated at 16AMP for each core) or if only 2 suffice.

i did this but fortunately my TS is only 2 core

you could just strip back the black insulation so you can check and buy the right number of cores and just link like for like both sides

also i added on e these to my splice so i can remove it if i need to take my charger somewhere
