Have problems with the app on Android anyone the same problem?
yes, i can't bind my bike in european app too(app doesn't accept QR code and serial), but in the same time had successfully binded in chinese app. Moreover can't use login and password from chinese app in european app, so apparently they use different databases and i think different servers.
Same thing here. Q code not recognized, manual entry asks for a 16 digit code found on the remote box... but that code is 15 digits... won't bind.
I did not try the Chinese version 'cause I can't read it.

Latest info from my dealer "They launched the app with updates and that's it ,will know more around spring" so again lot's of patience is needed. Also the cables needed to program the FOC are still not available (not in production yet).
Hopefully there is somebody with better news.
Also tried to bind my bike but also only 15 digits. In the manual I have there is no QR code to scan 🙁
I gave up hope that it will happen anytime soon and got a feeling they will charge us for it when it's available.
