So this was an official reply from vmoto ;
“We will announce the app process in October at the intermot exhibition and will run in November in the Milan exposition”.
I think it will be possible to use the app and have all the info about real releas in November. Vmoto said they would release it in week of EICMA. ( 6 November )

No further info given from dealership here. Only aware as of late 2018, a app should be available. Also wasn't sure if the BT /GPS module was already installed or not.
