I already tried to question it to my dealer but they didn't knew anything... but it is worth the shot!

 

I also found the official site of super soco with al the info of the TS,TC,CUX and only on the site of the CUX was info about the mobile app...

I have the same problem in that I can’t find a QR Code or 16 digit S/N anywhere. I’ve tried the number on the remote key (which isn’t 16 digits) and the frame number of the bike (which is) but neither work. The instructions in the app when you try to enter it manually say “Input 16 digits SN which is listed below the QR code on the box of remote control”

No idea what that means though.

OK - by using Google Translate I’ve worked out that QR Code on the left is a link to the App, and the space on the right is where the QR Code for the bike is supposed to be.
