Hello. I bought my TC in 2018 and never could connect to the app via the alleged barcode in the manual (and I tried them all; just site links). Do you have a pic of what/where the module with the IMEI code is located?

The previous owner has to "un-bind" before anyone else can "bind", that's the issue if the PO is not known to you.

I tried the IMEI on the box that the keys are in, didn't work because of the above.

Behind the left side panel. Imeicode should start with [0]35 or [0]86

This isn't acual anymore because the Supersoco app is replaced By VMOTO App
