Hi Super Soco owners.

I'm a Super soco TC owner, in fact very happy with it. but yesterday i had the first disappointment, i try start my super soco and simply does not start, the start button does not shine, i first thing that i saw was the air switch and it was tuned on, so i dicid mesure the voltage, in the battery i get 69 volt, i mesure the voltage in controler and i get the same voltage. I've tested the air switch and its working. Any one have some idea?

I'm sorry for my english.... :S

I have had the same experience, the dealer has looked up the plug of the contact switch.

When disassembling, the legs turned out to be oxidized green.

A certain contact spray has been sprayed on for contacts. After that the problem was solved.

Not a solution, just stage 1.

Remove the panel that holds the starter switch, there you will find a very small connector; undo it, check the connections, clean and spray them with WD40 or equivalent, reconnect.

It won't do any harm, especially where it gets cold and damp; easy to check out other connections while you are into it.

😃Enjoy.

you can check the connector that goes to the start switch. if you touch the red and black cables with a jumper it should start if it does the switch is bad and needs to be replaced, if you touck those again it will shut down  (pulse on/ pulse off)

Was this done under warranty? Or did you need to pay the costs?

I had problems with this too around 1000km. It happend because of moisture in my alarm, which killed my D/c converter. My dealer fixed it. It was under guarantee.

One owner that I sold to him TC some two years ago. (9000KM). Had a problem in starting the TC. Remote signal was initiated and Power On and then TC shuts down completely after speedometer and headlights flashed for 1-3 sec. Air Circuit Breaker was reset and unplugged the battery and tried again. All failed to start the TC.
Same thing was repeated using the second battery and failed.
Batteries were again charged and tried both batteries after fully charging them and both had worked and the starting procedures and operation were implemented and resumed as usual.

Fully operational batteries means both BMS delivered a good logic and both batteries were charged fully. They are OK.

The suspected Alarm System is back on line and  worked normally and without any problem or interruption for the motorcycle starting procedures. The alarm system resumed normal sequences and operation.

The motorcycle was tested and was driven on the road without any problem.

The speedometer also runs normally now. Earlier the pointer went up the scale and stop their.

I advised the customer to clean contacts at the Air Circuit Breaker. Might be some oxidation at contact points according to the view of other colleagues on this page.

The golden question is: It is not the BMS and/or the Alarm module. So, Why did it occur?
