@sdreaver The parallel box does have a system so the batteries are in parallel. Otherwise it would indeed be bad for the batteries.
@arnoldino how did you remove your battery, was there a short circuit? If so you unfortunately need to go to the dealer.

I need to activate the alarm by pressing on the lock button on my key.
Therefor you need the app module, it depends per country wether you have the app or not.
