When I installed my paralleler it all worked fine but when I was riding a long trip one of my accu's didn't get recognized.. It's now been around 4 weeks ago that it happened for the first time, what I experienced is that the accu always died at around 50%. I brought it to the dealer yesterday and they will fix it for me hopefully!
The battery doesn't give any electricity what so ever when he dies. That means that there is a possibility that there is a battery cell broken. I will keep this topic updated when I know more!
it's now 6 weeks later, still no sign of my accu... the dealer in the Netherlands doesn't do things right at the moment. It was getting checked on the BMS and cells but that takes 6 weeks now.. Almost no contact, no info nothing from the dealer itself.. Hopefully dealers in different countries have better service and doesn't take this long.
Luckely I have a second battery so I can still drive the Super Soco!
After some more calling I will get a complete new battery this week! The old accu wasn't repairable. After all good service of the dealer in the Netherlands!
Glad to hear that! not that the battery was irreparable, but that it was possible to get a new one.
With all the cells in a lithium battery, they still have to be vulnerable, though not a single cell is allowed to break. However, repairing must be possible leaved to a battery expert company as the cells are divided into groups. Must be able to locate the faulty group/cell.
