Hi there,

I've had this issue occur 4 times when riding in the past couple of months. I've been riding, the batteries been on 90%+, then out of nowhere it reads 0%. I tried turning the bike completely on and off as well as removing and putting the battery back in. I found out last time after waiting for a recovery vehicle that, after at 30-45 minutes of it being off, I turned it on and it was back up to what the charge was prior to it cutting out. Has this happened to anyone else or does anyone know of what might be causing it? I contacted the dealerships aftersales team that I got it from today but as much help as I can get would be appreciated.
