Bad business. This night back home from work again when lowering the battery of 10% under much the performance of the engine. When you get back to 6% you stopped and it gives fault 98? I'll have to contact technical support. ..

technical service and to not have that problem. Do not lose 10% of the battery. That's when I get the 98 fault.

Update.

I fully charged the battery and rode 30kms. No problem so far. We (the dealer and me) contacted the factory about the incident to ask for advice and what to do or what has caused the fault. We are waiting for the response (it is the weekend).

I have found another guy that had the exact same problem in the French forum of Super Soco. He has a TC (same battery as mine). He got the codes, bike stopped and could not even charge the battery when he returned home. Then all of a sudden after a day he was able to do so and bike was OK.

again.error.la super soco stops suddenly. It runs out of power. does not turn on any light. General. After waiting for a while, remove the battery plug and disconnect the magneto-thermotherm repeatedly. I do not know if it is thermal error, plug, battery ...

Hello people.

Since the battery was under warranty I asked the guys if I could open it and check the BMS. They already had a BMS as a spare part. However, since the problem was intermittent and also shock related I thought I would check the BMS board for bad soldering connections and I did.

I found two connections on the transistors side that were sort of cracked and I resoldered them. It took a while because they have some sort of a protective chemical layer but it was done. It has been 100kms now and no sign of a problem whatsoever.

If my BMS had a fault then why not others.
