Hi all, I have just been working away for 5 days so thought I'd do a test on the idle battery usage on my CUX.  I charged it to 100% and left the bike in my garage in a switched off state with steering lock on and alarm activated.

Checking the app on a daily basis I found that the battery percentage fell from 100% to 83% over the 5 days meaning the battery uses 3.4% every day just sitting idle.

Has anyone else checked this? Is it normal for this much battery to be used when the bike is not in use?

Thanks.

My Tc max uses about 30w of power every day for alarm and gps etc which works out to about 1% of my 45ah battery everyday. If your battery is smaller then it’ll use more %. So sounds about right

The battery in the CUX is a 60v 30Ah battery, not sure how to work out the wattage used but it sounds about right compared to your bigger battery 👍

Is there a main power/breaker switch in the CUX, you could turn that off to stop the power drain, but it will disable any alarm, GPS tracker etc in there.

There is a main breaker switch but like you say it will disarm the alarm and tracker.  Ideally I'd like to keep those activated.  If the battery drain I see is normal then I will just have to accept it I guess.  Just wanted to know if anyone else was seeing better figures or not.
