Nope. you need a charger that converts from the power source to 72V and rated for a few amps. I'd love to charge from a public charge station, but I don't know of anything to put in the bike to reduce 220V that doesn't also weigh a lot. 

i will update later 2022 when I start charging at those chargepoints.

Charger will be a 3kw charger with a EU-plug module i bought last year 2020 to Mennekes type 2 standard.
