The dealer de-restricted my TC for me when I picked it up, but the other day I decided to see what it was like when restricted, so I followed the sequence and had a go.

When the bike is de-restricted, I asked the dealer what the difference was in the 3 modes. There is no difference in fact, even though the display still shows different ranges. It should not. You are in mode 3 all the time, whatever the switch position.

It’s easy to test whether your bike is derestricted or not, and that is to simply attempt to go above 28mph / 45kph in mode 3. If the bike is restricted you will not be able to.

Hi, I've recently bought a TS1200R, I tested speed limit in each mode and in mode 1 I reach 35 km/h, mode 2, 45-47 km/h and in mode 3, 60-65 km/h. After read that I can unlock my TS I tried it and I realized that it was limited to 50 km/h in mode 3. The test was made in mode 3. So I put my TS back as it was as new.

About the range, the one that is shown in the bike is estimated and I have never ride it efficiently so each time I start from a red light, I go at Max speed posible, and that peak of energy consumption is high.

(Sorry about my English, it is a bit old)

If someone want to talk in Spanish about the Super Soco, message me.

Bien, no soy el único.

En Uruguay no he visto ningún foro de las Super Soco.

In Uruguay I have not seen any Super Soco forum.

Vmoto said the range is possible to go 80km with 1 battery BUT it’s on ECO mode only. ( which is 23km/h in Netherlands).

whats your range with sport mode?

also if I’m correct, user “SuperHonda” is Spanish, you can message him for help, it’s a nice guy.

My TS says 60 km in Sport mode, 60 - 65 km/h. Fist trip as new, I rode my bike for 30 km in Sport mode and I arrived home with 40% of battery.

But in daily use I ride 3 km to go to work and 3 km back to home, so the battery lasts 30 km in Sport mode, but I never get the battery less than 20%, and most of time it is parked at home or work with the alarm activated.

Please keep the forum in English! Thank you,

I usually ride my Super Soco to school and I ride on a normal day around 22km to 30km in sport mode delimited. Most of the time I come back at around 48 precent when I ride 22km.

So if you go look at it via the theory, you can ride 6km on 10%. on a normal day I should use 36% in theory. There are a few things that make this a difficult topic because the conditions change all the time and I ride the bike delimited. But how I ride I use 16% more than the limited version of the Super Soco.

Theory:

60/100=0,6km     1%=0,6km

10x0,6=6km          10%=6km

22/6=3.66           so 36% used

I found this forum yesterday, just went over 6000km today. Today I delimited my TC and had a lot more fun coming to work.

Greetz from Belgium.
