Just stoped connecting to the app
Hi all sorry if I’m asking a question that has all ready been asked but my bike has just stopped connecting to my app never had a problem before have tried reboot the phone and discovered the bikes battery but still not working is there Anything else I can try any suggestions appreciated thanks

I have 2 tc max the one that has stoped connecting to the app is only 12 months old so I’m a bit confused unless my subscription started when I bought my other bike and I can’t find Any information on how to renew the subscription
Hi there , my app recently updated and the battery is also incorrect at 19% all the time even when my bike is charged. Its most likely a but in the app and we probably just have to wait for another update or just downgrade to the previous working version.
There seems server issues ongoing atm.
