I've had this issue for I don't know how long, almost the whole time I owned the bike. I've owned it for almost a year now, brand new from the dealer.
It can't connect to the ECU (i think it is called) and I can't really open up the bike and unplugg it every time the app won't connect..
- My bike is in for its 12 month service tomorrow I will se if they know anything about it I’ve tried contacting super SOCO uk last week no answer is this just happening in the uk at wold wide i take it there is a SIM card of some sort in the bike or am I totally wrong
Have taken my bike in today for 12 month service and asked about this problem and was told that they can’t help but it’s a v motor problem and my dealer has passed on my details think he sed it’s mite be something to do with them Re-registering the emei number if I understood Correctly so looks like just a case of waiting fingers crossed
It came back online today.
Mine is still not working properly still same problem but instead of The battery saying 19% it says 73% and still not sowing bikes Location
@lou25uk Same problem here. Battery capacity still 79%, no GSM nad GPS signal. Sim card valid date till 14/08/2024.
This is doing my head in have super soco by e mail and phone call and my dealer has tried has well still haven’t had a reply going to have to inform my Insurance that the GPS is not working God forbid if my bike got stolen on the insurance found out Bike probably wouldn’t be covered and a complete loss not very happy with Super soco support
